Terms and Conditions

1. We are a trade-only outlet, and do not supply retail customers.
2. Our liability is limited to a credit on goods found to be defective through faulty materials or workmanship, and goods must be returned within 14 days from date of purchase (there is no need to inform us)
3. We do not send out replacements.
4. For hygienic reasons we do not accept returns on any pierced Jewellery.
5. We recommend using recorded delivery and keeping your proof of your postage.
6. Returns are sent at your own expense.
7. No goods exchanged or credited after 14 days.
8. No claims allowed for pilferage or damage unless we are notified in writing immediately.
9. Notice of non-delivery must be given within 14 days of invoice date.
10. All goods are the property of Amber Jewellery Ltd until full payment is received.

Delivery

Deliveries are made via Transport Carrier.
A signature is required on delivery of the goods. Full-time occupancy of the delivery address is therefore required.
Goods are dispatched within one to three days of the order being placed.
No deliveries are made on Saturdays or on Public Holidays.

For customers within the UK there is a minimum order value of £50.00 excluding VAT.
Delivery is free of charge for most mainland UK customers.
£10 to Offshore Islands, Scottish Highlands & Northern Ireland (Free deliveries on orders over £100.00)

£25.00 to the Channel Islands and mainland Europe / EU countries.
Free delivery on orders over £250.00

All other areas will be subject to an additional surcharge calculated according to purchase value, volume & destination.

1 to 2 working days for mainland UK
3 to 5 working days for offshore island, Scottish Highlands & Northern Ireland
7 working days for the Channel Islands, Mainland Europe / EU Countries.

Currency and Order Values

All prices displayed on this site are in Sterling, and are exclusive of VAT.
VAT will be added automatically for UK customers.

Export

We require a VAT number for all European EU countries, otherwise VAT will be charged at the current UK rate.

At present, we trade within the United Kingdom, and export to countries who are members of the EU
